Kriston Guerra joined Army Football in May of 2023 as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting.
Guerra brings her experience to Army after working as the Senior Assistant of Recruiting Operations for Texas Football. Her duties in Austin included assisting the Director to help coordinate recruiting events, official and unofficial visit planning as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the recruiting department.
Prior to Texas, Guerra worked in Operations/On-Campus Recruiting for Charlotte Football, where she helped handle all day-to-day operations of the football program and worked with other administrative offices on campus. She originally arrived at Charlotte as a media relations assistant, serving as the primary contact for the women's soccer, softball and track & field programs.
Guerra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Mount Olive in 2019, where she was a member of the women’s lacrosse team and while serving as the assistant director of athletic communications. She would go on to earn her MBA from Mount Olive in Business Administration in 2021.
