Austin Leake joined Army Football in July of 2023 as the Director of Player Personnel.

Prior to his time at West Point, Leake worked at Henderson State University as a Tight End Coach. Most recently, Leake worked as the Director of Player Personnel at Eastern Illinois University. Leake also served as the Head Football Coach at Mark Twain High School for the 2021 season, which was the second-winningest season in school history.

Leake is a 2015 graduate from Northwest Missouri State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. Leake then earned his Master of Education in Athletic Administration in 2017 from William Woods University.
