Starace Promoted to Tight Ends Coach

WEST POINT, N.Y. — Army West Point head football coach Jeff Monken has announced the promotion of Ryan Starace to Tight Ends Coach.
Starace spent the 2025 season as the program's offensive quality control coach.
Starace originally joined the Army football staff in 2023 as a graduate part-time assistant, working primarily with the defensive unit, before transitioning to the offensive side of the ball for the 2025 campaign.
Prior to his arrival at West Point, Starace spent the 2022 season as a quality control coach at Monmouth University. He began his collegiate coaching career as a graduate assistant at St. Lawrence University from 2020 to 2021.
A former standout student-athlete, Starace played offensive line at Susquehanna University from 2015 to 2018, serving as a team captain during his senior season. In 2018, he anchored a rushing attack that ranked third in yards per carry in the Centennial Conference.
He graduated from Susquehanna in 2019 with a degree in business administration.
