Duffy and Reilly Earn Patriot League Weekly Awards After Historic Victory

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Army West Point women's lacrosse seniors Brigid Duffy and Allison Reilly earned Patriot League weekly awards at their respective positions for the second consecutive week. The duo combined for 15 points and nine goals in their historic upset victory of No. 16/16 Loyola Maryland on Saturday.
Duffy appeared and started in the Black Knights victory this past week, over #16/17 Loyola Maryland. She played a crucial role in helping Army make history breaking the Greyhounds 94-0 undefeated record in regular season Patriot League play. The midfielder finished the week with six goals, one assist and seven points, as well she scored six goals on seven shots with all seven shots on net. Her scored six goals were the most in a game across the Patriot League this week and led all scorers in goals against #16/17 Loyola Md. Additionally, she recorded 300th career point becoming one of 9 active players in NCAA lacrosse to earn that milestone and the first in program history to achieve the feat.
Reilly appeared and started in the Black Knights upset ranked win against #16/17 Loyola Md. in Patriot League play. The attacker played a crucial role in helping Army make history breaking the Greyhounds undefeated record in regular season Patriot League play. She finished the week with three goals, five assists and eight assists, along with 11 shots, five shots on goal and four draw controls. The New York native led all scorers in points against #16/17 Loyola Md. and recorded the single game high in points in a game across the Patriot League this week.
