Coming off their RMU overtime win, the Black Knights soon found their stride in the three-on-three play, putting two shots on goal to Holy Cross' one before Pierce Patterson's defensive efforts set up Brent Keefer and Nik Hong for an opportunity on goal.
Hong carried the puck up the ice, fired it on goal where Hogg deflected it to the waiting stick of Keefer who sent the puck right back to Hong for the finishing effort to claim their second overtime win of the season.
