Cobb Named Director of Football Recruiting

WEST POINT, N.Y. –Army West Point Football Head Coach Jeff Monken has announced the addition of Trudy Cobb as the program's new Director of Football Recruiting. Cobb joins the Black Knights after a highly accomplished tenure at Kennesaw State University, where she played a vital role in advancing the football program's recruiting strategies and operational efficiency.
Cobb brings a dynamic and diverse background in collegiate football operations. Most recently, she served as Director of On-Campus Recruiting at Kennesaw State, where she oversaw all aspects of recruiting visits, worked closely with the coaching staff, and maintained recruiting compliance and logistics using platforms such as Teamworks and Catapult Scout.
From 2019 to 2024, Cobb rose through the ranks at Kennesaw State, beginning as a student assistant in football operations and recruiting. Her career has been marked by her leadership in hosting gameday recruiting events, evaluating the academic qualifications of prospective student-athletes, coordinating key events including Signing Day and Pro Day, and providing crucial support for team travel and logistics.
A Georgia native, Cobb earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration.
