Army West Point Athletics Announces Sell Out Crowd for Men's Basketball Veterans Day Matchup Against Duke
October 31, 2025 | Men's Basketball
WEST POINT, N.Y. — Army West Point Athletics announced today that tickets for the November 11 men's basketball game against the Duke University Blue Devils at Christl Arena have sold out.
The Black Knights' matchup against the Blue Devils is a historic one. The game marks the first time in 28 years — and just the third in program history — that the Black Knights have hosted a Power Five opponent at West Point. The first came against LSU on Dec. 21, 1978, followed by Duke for the first time on Nov. 16, 1997.
Alongside the action on the floor, Mike Krzyzewski ('69) will make his return to the United States Military Academy and Christl Arena, where he will be honored as the winningest head coach in NCAA Division I history.
The ceremony will take place prior to Army's Veterans Day matchup against Duke. The game is scheduled for a 7 p.m. ET first tip, with the game broadcasting live on the CBS Sports Network and the Army Sports Network.
Krzyzewski played on the Black Knights men's basketball team from 1967-69, where he helped lead Army to two National Invitational Tournament (NIT) appearances (1968 and 1969), including serving as team captain on the 1969 team.
He served as Army West Point men's basketball head coach from 1975-80, posting a 73-59 record, including an appearance in the 1978 NIT.
Season tickets, group tickets, and single game tickets for all remaining games during the 2025-26 are available can be purchased by calling 1-877-TIX-ARMY or online by clicking here.
