Six Army Athletes Named Recipients of 2024-25 1A FAR Academic Excellence Award

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The 1A Faculty Athletics Representatives (FAR) Board has announced the recipients for the 2024-25 Academic Excellence Award. The award recognizes student-athletes for their significant accomplishments in the classroom while competing at the highest level of college sports.
The award is given annually to student-athletes who graduate with a cumulative GPA of 3.80 or above and have participated in at least two years of NCAA Intercollegiate athletics at a Football Bowl Subdivision institution.
Army had six cadet-athletes selected as recipients on the 2024-25 list, all six of whom graduated in the spring of 2025.
