WEST POINT, N.Y. – A close win in the doubles point for Army West Point Women's Tennis set up smooth sailing in singles, as the Black Knights cruised to a 4-0 win over the Lehigh Mountain Hawks at Lichtenberg Tennis Center Friday evening.

With the win, Army moves to 17-8 overall and 5-1 in the Patriot League.

The Black Knights dropped just three total sets across singles and doubles. Cooper Jackson and Vennmukiil Mathivanan each recorded 6-0 first set victories.

Heading into the final regular season match, Army sits in third among nine teams the Patriot League standings.

Army is back for senior day Sunday, with an 11:00 a.m. match against Boston University to conclude the regular season. Carolyn Ahn, the squad's only senior this season, will be recognized before the match.

Weather will determine the match's site, either to be played outdoors at the Malek Tennis Courts or indoors at Lichtenberg Tennis Center.
