Women’s Tennis Concludes Regular Season Against Boston University

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point Women's Tennis completed its 2023-24 regular season slate against Boston University on Sunday.

The squad played outdoors at the Malek Tennis Courts for the first time this spring, until rain during singles play suspended action, which restarted indoors at Lichtenberg Tennis Center.

Unfortunately for the Black Knights, the weather was not the only formidable foe Sunday, and the squad fell 4-0 to the Terriers.

Jenna Sabile and Julia Kelly were on pace for a set win on Doubles Court No. 2, before play was stopped due to the doubles point being clinched for BU. Ylon Duong and Emma Sy each recorded first set wins, on the No. 3 and No. 4 singles courts respectively.

Senior Carolyn Ahn was recognized in the pre-match senior day ceremony. Army finished the regular season with a 17-9 record and 5-2 Patriot League mark.
