Ryan Curry Takes Home Patriot League Rookie of the Week, Sixth Time a Black Knight Has Won

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Star freshman Ryan Curry was named Patriot League Rookie of the Week for the second time this season the league announced Monday afternoon.
The league has had 12 weeks of awards and the combination of Curry and Josh Scovens has won six of them. No other school has one more than than three times (Boston U).
Curry led the Black Knights to a 1-1 week averaging 13 points per game on 50 percent shooting from the field and 55 percent shooting from downtown. He scored 12 points in the Army win over Boston U on Wednesday and followed it up with a 14 point performance against Bucknell on Saturday.
Army will be back in action on Wednesday as they head to Colgate to take on the Raiders at 7 PM on ESPN+ before returning home for Senior Day against Lafayette on Saturday Feb. 3 at 6 PM.
