Men's Rugby Falls to Navy in USA Rugby D1A Quarterfinals

ANNAPOLIS, MD – The No. 8 Army West Point men's rugby team (9-6) fell to No. 1 Navy (16-0) in the quarterfinals of the USA Rugby D1A Playoffs by a score of 30-6 on Saturday afternoon.
Army kept it close in the first half using two penalty kicks to score six points. The Black Knights trailed 13-6 going into the break.
Navy used a 17-0 run in the second half to pull away and win 30-6.
Army's title defense comes to a close with the team going 9-6 on the season.
