COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – In a game that featured two weather delays totaling over two hours, the Army Black Knights fell to the Colorado College Tigers, 3-1, on Sunday to conclude their Colorado road trip.

Game Summary
The game was paused twice due to lightning delays which totaled two hours before the game resumed. The first break happened 10 minutes into the game with the ensuing delay lasting 1:45. The second break occurred at the 25^th minute and the break lasted 30 minutes.

Once play resumed, it was the Black Knights who scored first. Army was awarded a free kick close to midfield. Keira Vesy launched the ball over the keeper's head and into the goal for a 1-0 lead in the 36^th minute. However, for the second straight game, the Black Knights saw their lead vanish within minutes when Colorado College's Erin Ewers scored in the 38^th minute.

After the abridged halftime, the Tigers scored 10 minutes into the second half on a well-struck shot by Brett Tsamasfyros from outside of the box. The Black Knights created several scoring chances in the last 15 minutes with the best chance coming in the 81^st minute. Jasmine Talley was on the end of a cross to the near post but her header went over the bar. Two minutes later, Kaelen Bradley had her close-range effort saved. The Tigers added an insurance goal in the 85^th minute with Ewers providing her second goal of the game.
