Black Knights Split A Pair Of Patriot League

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Army Black Knights men's tennis team split a pair of league matches, falling to Lehigh before blanking Boston University.
DOUBLES (2,1)
Army dropped the doubles point for the first time in league play. The No. 2 team of Samuel Eden and Diego Huttepain fell 6-3, and Thomas Lake and A.J. Woodman were clipped 6-4.
SINGLES (2,6,5)
Army dropped two matches in three sets and was unable to pick up a win in singles play. Jake Huarte and Daniel Zhou both lost their respective matches in three sets. A.J. Woodman lost two close matches in straight sets.
DOUBLES (3,2)
The Black Knights won the doubles point on their to win bouncing back after the Lehigh. In three doubles, Jake Huarte and Nathan Jose clipped Gabe Brown and Ben Letzer, 6-4. The No. 2 team of Diego Huttepain and Samuel Eden outlasted Loutas Dion and Jonah Dickson, 7-5, to win the point.
SINGLES (4,5,1)
Army won the three necessary singles matches to win the match. Samuel Eden topped Adrian Pawlowski, 6-0, 6-4, in four singles. Huarte then beat Johann Sajonz, 6-3, 6-2, in five singles. Huttepain, in No. 1 singles, defeated Jonah Dickson 6-4, 6-2 to wrap up the match for the Black Knights.
