Hamilton, N.Y.- In a tightly contested game, the Black Knights unbeaten streak in the Patriot League came to an end with Army falling to Colgate 1-0 on a last-minute goal.

How it Happened
First Half

At the 5' minute mark, senior Emma Richey successfully blocked Colgate's Maddie Cappillo's first shot of the game.
Shortly thereafter, at the 6' mark, Elise Urkov took a shot that was successfully saved by Colgate's goalkeeper Grace Poncsak.
Twelve minutes in, sophomore Sage Strohman saved a shot that prevented the Raiders from scoring.
In the 33rd minute, Madison Niebish had an opportunity to put the Black Knights on the board but just missed.
The Black Knights defense kept Colgate scoreless in the first half.

Second Half

The Black Knights strong defense continued and kept the game scoreless throughout most of the second half.
Sophomore Keira Vesy's stop at the 51' mark prevented Colgate from scoring
Richey had a block at the 59' mark, giving Army possession of the ball.
In the 75^th minute, Strohman made two key saves; one an impressive dive, again preventing Colgate from scoring.
Brigid Duffy had an opportunity to put Army on the board at the 84' mark, but the shot was blocked by the Raiders.
In another attempt to score, freshman Cami Silvestro's shot at the 86' mark landed just above the cross bar.
The Raiders' Ari Bezanson's goal in the 89th minute edged Colgate past the Black Knights in a tightly contested match.

Goalkeeper Sage Strohman had five saves.
Senior Elise Urkov had the sole shot on goal.
