Brattan Named Patriot League Attacker of the Week

WEST POINT, N.Y. – For the second consecutive week, Jackie Brattan, a senior on the Army West Point women's lacrosse team, was named the Patriot League Attacker of the Week.

Brattan is just the eighth player to win the award in back-to-back weeks since its inception in 2011. Additionally, she joined Rachel Hornick as the only Black Knight to win the award twice.

The Garden City, N.Y., native posted a six-point performance with five goals and one assist in a 15-8 win over Boston University to clinch the top seed in the Patriot League North Division. She had a hand in the Black Knights' first four goals, with three goals and one assist. She added the final two goals of the contest. Brattan is averaging 3.67 goals per game in six League contests, good for third in the Patriot League.

Army will host Buckell on Saturday, April 24. The game is set to start at 2 p.m. and will be broadcast on ESPN+.
