Hallstead Named Patriot League Female Diver of the Meet

WEST POINT, N.Y. – With a pair of podium finishes at the Patriot League Championships this past week, senior Serica Hallstead of the Army West Point women's swimming and diving team was named the female diver of the meet.
She becomes the first cadet to receive the honor from the league since Lindsey Adao '10 earned it during her senior season.
Hallstead opened her final league championships with a third-place showing on the 3-meter board with her second best career total of 304.60. That score helped her earn a bronze medal.
Then on day three, the Canandaigua, N.Y., native posted the second highest score in the morning preliminaries before going on to grab the gold at night after topping the competition with a career-best score of 292.55.
