- Army's winning streak was snapped at 10 games, the longest winning streak since the 1995-96 seasons.
- Michigan won the toss and elected to defer.
- Game captains Cole Christiansen, Kelvin Hopkins Jr. and Elijah Riley were joined at the coin toss by Camden Harrison, Rod Stoddard and Kjetil Cline.
- The Black Knights honored the 10th Mountain Division with their insignia on the back of their helmets.
- Senior Kelvin Hopkins Jr.'s two rushing scores now give him 20 for his career and he now has seven-straight games with a rushing TD. It was his fifth career multi-rushing TD game.
- Senior running back Connor Slomka set career-highs in rushing yards (92 gained, 0 for a loss) and attempts (29).
- Junior running back Sandon McCoy scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter, marking his first career score.
- Junior Artice Hobbs IV hauled in a career-long 34-yard reception. He finished the contest with two grabs for 43 yards.
- Senior Kell Walker rushed for 39 yards, which included a season-high long rush of 31 yards in the first quarter which led to Army's first score of the day.
- Senior Elijah Riley's sack and forced fumble in the first quarter were the firsts of his career. Riley recovered his own forced fumble, making it his second career recovery.
- Riley finished with a career-high 13 tackles (9 solo) to go along with career-bests in sacks (2) and TFLs (2). He now has 4.5 career sacks and 12.5 career TFLs.
- Senior Cole Christiansen forced his second career fumble, while senior Cam Jones notched the recovery, the fourth of his career.
- Christiansen finished with 12 tackles (7 solo) to go along with the forced fumble. He now has four double-digit tackle games for his career.
- It was his 34th career game played and 25th-straight start, which leads Army.
- Sophomore Arik Smith's strip sack in the first quarter was the first sack and forced fumble of his career. Sophomore Kwabena Bonsu recovered the forced fumble, marking his first career recovery.
- Smith finished with a career-high seven tackles (4 solo) to go along with the sack, forced fumble and TFL.
- Senior Jaylon McClinton added seven tackles (5 solo) and a tackle for loss on a fourth down play in the fourth quarter.
- Sophomore Malkelm Morrison made his first career start.
- Zach Potter's 64-yard punt in the second quarter was downed at the Michigan six-yard line. It's the senior's second punt inside the 10 this year, with both punts landing at the six. Two of his punts vs. the Wolverines were downed inside the 20.
