September 28, 2019 | Men's Soccer
WEST POINT, N.Y. – A goal in the 88th minute for Colgate spoiled the Patriot League home opener for the Army West Point men's soccer team on Saturday night at Malek Stadium at Clinton Field.
Despite holding a 12-5 advantage in shots, the Black Knights (2-4-1, 0-2-0 Patriot League) could not find the back of the net against the Raiders (2-3-4, 1-0-1 Patriot League). The Cadets limited Colgate to just three shots through 80 minutes of play, but it was a strike in the closing minutes of play that sealed it for the Raiders.
