- The Black Knights uniforms for this year's game honored the 1st Cavalry Division.
- Game captainsĀ Cole Christiansen,Ā Kelvin Hopkins Jr., andĀ Elijah RileyĀ were joined at the coin toss byĀ Rod Stoddard,Ā Sandon McCoy, andĀ Jacob Covington.Ā
- Navy won the toss and elected to defer to the second half.
- Army's senior class is tied with the classes of 1934 and 1947 as the winningest classes in program history with 34 wins.Ā
- The Black Knights have scored first in six-straight Army-Navy games.Ā
- This was the 120th all-time meeting between the Army and Navy. It marked the 13th game played at Lincoln Financial Field and the 89th played in Philadelphia.
OFFENSE
- Army's 18-play scoring drive is tied for its longest scoring drive of the season in terms of plays. The Cadets also had an 18-play scoring drive against Rice in the season-opener.
- Additionally, it was Army's longest scoring drive in terms of time as it spanned 10:41.Ā
- Christian AndersonĀ became the first Army quarterback to make his first career start against Navy since 1979 when T.D. Decker filled in to be the signal caller.
- Anderson's five-yard scamper in the first quarter for a touchdown marked his fourth career rushing touchdown and second in the last three games.Ā
- Army's 3,863 rushing yards this season are good for sixth in program history for aĀ Ā singleĀ season.Ā
- The Cadets' 45 rushing touchdowns this season is tied for the fourth most with the 1945 squad.
DEFENSE
- With his sack at the end of the first quarter,Ā Cole ChristiansenĀ finished the season with2.5 sacks and 3.5 in his career.Ā
- Christiansen finished his career with 275 tackles, good for a tie for 20thin program history with Troy Lingley (1989). Additionally his 153 solo stops is tied for 20th with Kirk Thomas (1979) and his 20.5 tackles is tied for 23rd with Jon Voit (2018).Ā Ā Ā Ā
- Edriece PattersonĀ finished with a career-high 12 tackles (2 solo).Ā
- Arik SmithĀ set a new career high with 12 tackles (4 solo)
- Jeremiah LoweryĀ also reached a new career high with nine tackles (2 solo).Ā
SPECIAL TEAMS
- Zach HardingĀ had a 55-yard punt that was downed at the 3-yard line in the second quarter. That marked his eighth punt of the season of 50-or-more yards and his seventh inside the 20-yard line.
- Zach PotterĀ hit a 40-yard punt that was downed inside the nine-yard line. It's his eighth punt inside the 20 this season and his fifth inside the 10.Ā
- Elijah RileyĀ blocked a Navy field goal attempt in the third quarter, marking the Cadets' first field goal block since Wunmi Oyetuga disrupted a kick against Buffalo on Sept. 29, 2018. It marked Riley's first career field goal block.Ā
