WEST POINT, N.Y. -Â The Black Knights travel to Colorado Springs this Saturday to take on the Air Force Falcons at 3:30 p.m. ET.Â

SETTING THE SCENE

• Army is coming off a 34-29 defeat to the San Jose State Spartans at Michie Stadium.Â

THE OPENING KICKOFF
• On offense, Black Knights are fourth in the nation in TFLs allowed (3.3), fifth in rushing (263.5) and yards per completion (17.2), 14th in fourth down conversions (.731), 20th in time of possesion (32:26) and 27th in third down conversions (.450).
• Army finished with 326 yards on the ground against San Jose State, marking the third time this season the Black Knights have gone over 300 rushing yards.Â
• West Point's 429 yards of total offense (326 rushing, 103 passing) was the second most for the Black Knights this season and the most against an FBS opponent.Â
• Junior quarterback Christian Anderson tallied the first two rushing touchdowns of his career against in the San Jose State game.Â
• Anderson finished with 87 yards on 16 attempts (5.4 average) to go along with the two scores. The touchdowns came from 33 yards and one yard out.
• Kelvin Hopkins Jr.'s first quarter TD pass against the Spartans was his fourth this season and the 11th of his career.Â
• Junior wide receiver Cam Harrison was on the receiving end of the Hopkins TD pass, a 31-yard reception for the score. It was his second TD grab this season and the third of his career.Â
• Harrison finished with four receptions for 54 yards and the score. He now has 15 grabs over the last four games.Â
• Junior fullback Sandon McCoy scored on a four-yard rushing TD against San Jose State, his fifth score of the season (tied for the team lead).Â
• Defensively, Army is tied for ninth nationally in fumble recoveries (9) and tied for 37th in takeaways (13).
• Senior defensive back Elijah Riley recorded a career-high three pass breakups versus the Spartans. He has three forced fumbles on the year, tied for seventh nationally.Â
• Senior linebacker Cole Christiansen is tied for 10th in the coutnry in solo tackles (48), tied for 20th in total stops (73) and tied for 23rd in forced fumbles (2).
ARMY-AIR FORCE HISTORYÂ
• This will be the 53rd all-tme meetng between these two academy rivals.
• The Falcons currently leads the series 36-16-1, but the Black Knights have won the last two meetings (21-0 in 2018 and 17-14 in 2018).
• The Black Knights and Falcons have three common opponents this season. Air Force defeated San Jose State (41-24) and Hawai'i (56-26), while falling to Navy (34-25).Â
