Army Poised for Weekend Meeting with Lehigh

WEST POINT, N.Y. – A tough road test awaits the Army West Point women's basketball team as the Black Knights take on Lehigh on Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. at Stabler Arena in Bethlehem, Pa.

• Army will try and pick up its sixth consecutive victory over Lehigh on Saturday.
• Junior Madison Hovren is two points shy of entering the top-20 in all-time scoring at West Point.

• Hovren picked up her 12th double-double of the season against Holy Cross last Wednesday. Nationally, she is tied for eighth in double-doubles with Nicole Enabosi of Delaware and South Carolina's A'Ja Wilson.
• The Spokane, Wash., native is just one of 14 Division I women's basketball players who have recorded double-digit double-doubles.
• Against the Crusaders, the non-starters for Army accounted for 25 points, while connecting on 40 percent of their shots (both are Patriot League season-bests this season for the Black Knights).
• Senior Aliyah Murray is sixth in the league with 15.1 points per game, while connecting on 48 percent of her shot attempts.
LEHIGH (11-7, 5-2 PATRIOT LEAGUE)
• Lehigh currently sits in a tie for second in the Patriot League rankings with Navy at 5-2. The Mountain Hawks are 3-1 in their last four outings, with the lone loss coming to American on Jan. 14 in the nation's capital.
• Quinci Mann has paced Lehigh in her senior season with 14.1 points per game, while shooting the ball at a 40-percent clip and knocking down 37 shots from deep. Over the past four outings, she has eclipsed 20 points twice and has reached double-digit scoring.
• Camryn Buhr (13.1 ppg) and Gena Grundhoffer (10.1 ppg) also are averaging double-figure scoring on the season. Buhr has contributed heavily on the boards, reeling in a team-best 7.3 per outing.
• The Mountain Hawks currently have the third-best scoring offense in the league with 66.2 points per contest, while shooting the ball at 41 percent from the field, which ranks second. Lehigh has found a lot of success from deep this season, connecting on a league-best 36 percent of its tries.
