Black Knights Top Lehigh; Advance to League Finals

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The No. 1 seed Army West Point women's tennis team defeated host and fourth-seeded Lehigh, 4-2, in the Patriot League semifinals Saturday morning at the Ulrich Varsity Courts.

The Black Knights improved to 21-6 overall, while the Mountain Hawks close out their season with a record of 10-9.

ARMY HIGHLIGHTS AND GAME NOTES

Army improved to 30-2 in the all-time series versus Lehigh, while jumping to 6-0 opposite the Mountain Haws in the Patriot League tournament.
This was the Black Knights' 40th victory in the league tournament and 25th as the top seed.
Rookie Yuka Lin recorded her 10th singles victory of the season in the sixth flight.
Lin punched Army's ticket into the finals for the 19th time in program history after battling through a third-set tiebreaker.
