WEST POINT, N.Y. – Winners of two straight, the Army West Point women's basketball team welcomes Colgate to Christl Arena on Wednesday night for a 7 p.m. Patriot League contest.

STORYLINES
Army faces Colgate for the second time this season, after defeating the Raiders, 76-69, in Hamilton, N.Y., on Jan. 11.
Sophomore Madison Hovren posted her 12th double-double of the year, and her first since the Colgate game on Jan. 11, with 28 points and 15 rebounds in Army's 67-48 win over Loyola on Saturday. Hovren leads all current Black Knights with 10.5 points per game and 6.5 rebounds per game in four career outings versus Colgate.
Hovren earned Patriot League Player of the Week honors for the sixth time this season on Monday.
Junior Daizjah Morris has seen an uptick in her offensive output over the last week, after scoring 15 points at Lafayette on Feb. 1 and adding 12 points against Loyola on Feb. 4.
THE ARMY-COLGATE SERIES
Army owns a 41-22 advantage versus Colgate in a rivalry that dates back to Jan. 10, 1984. The Black Knights have won seven straight in the series, including a 76-69 win over the Raiders earlier this year. Colgate is Army's second most-frequent opponent, with the teams having played 63 times (second to Navy – 67 times).
ARMY (16-6, 7-4 PATRIOT LEAGUE)
• Army picked up its largest Patriot League win of the season, with a 67-48 victory over Loyola on Saturday. The 19-point win topped Army's previous season high in Patriot League play of eight points during wins against Colgate (76-69) and Lafayette (63-55).
• Hovren registered her 12th double-double of the season with game highs of 28 points and 15 rebounds.
• The Black Knights never trailed in the contest and led, 29-25, at halftime before outscoring the Greyhounds, 24-14, in the third quarter to make the score 53-39 after three quarters.
COLGATE (8-14, 5-6 PATRIOT LEAGUE)
• Colgate pulled off a 69-61 upset win at Navy on Saturday to move into a tie for sixth place in the Patriot League.
• Kateri Stone paced the Raiders with 15 points, while Abby Schubiger added 10 points.
• Colgate trailed by as many as nine points, 33-24, with 2:15 left in the second quarter, but came back to take the lead early in the second half with 11 straight points. The Raiders trailed for the last time at 47-46 with 7:37 left in the fourth.
