WEST POINT, N.Y. – After collecting a pair of wins this past week, the Army West Point women's basketball team is back on the court to take on Yale in a non-conference tilt on Sunday in New Haven, Conn., at 2 p.m.

GAMEDAY STORYLINES
• Army enters Sunday's road contest against Yale on a two-game winning streak after collecting victories over LIU Brooklyn and NJIT at Christl Arena last week.
• Yale has looked strong through the early portion of its schedule and recently claimed a 10-point victory over Big 12 opponent, TCU last Tuesday.
• The two squads meet for the 31st time in program history.
• Madison Hovren is coming off her second 20-point performance of the year and her 20th career double-double.

ARMY (3-2, 0-0 PATRIOT LEAGUE)
• In a 30-point win over NJIT last Wednesday, the Black Knights contained the Highlanders to 14 second half points, including a six-point third quarter. Altogether, in the second half, NJIT shot just 22 percent on 4-of-33 shooting.
• The Black Knights captured a pair of 30-point wins this past week, defeating NJIT 79-49 after taking down LIU Brooklyn 71-37. It was the first time since the 2015-16 season that an Army team won consecutive games by 30 or more points.
• Over the past three contests, the Black Knights have assisted on 65 percent of their made shots. Libby Tacka had a career-best eight assists in the win over NJIT and has led the team in assists with a 4.0 average. The sophomore currently ranks second in the Patriot League.
• The Black Knights are in search of their fifth straight victory over Yale.
YALE (3-1, 0-0 IVY LEAGUE)
• The Bulldogs were chosen to finish fourth in the Ivy League Preseason Poll, bringing back 10 players from last year's squad with the addition of four newcomers. Of those 10 returners, just five are upperclassmen.
• Yale has played to a 3-1 mark this season, with wins over LIU Brooklyn, Colgate and TCU, while losing by just six points on the road at Kansas. Through the first four games, it has been Jen Berkowitz, who has led the squad in both scoring (18.3 ppg) and rebounding (9.5 rpg).
• The Bulldogs' lineup also features two other double-digit scorers in Tamara Simpson (15.5 ppg) and Roxy Barahman (12.0 ppg). Simpson is also the team's leader in assists with 3.8 dimes per game.
• In the 82-72 victory over TCU, Yale's top-three scorers accounted for 59 of the team's points with Berkowitz leading the way with a game-high 24.
