Army Hosts Quad Meet on Senior Day

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point men's swimming and diving team hosts American University, Boston University and George Mason University on Saturday at 12 p.m.

The diving portion of the meet will begin at 9:30 a.m., and it will be senior day for the Black Knights.

HOW TO FOLLOWÂ
LAST TIME OUT
The Army West Point men's swimming and diving team beat Colgate, 181-108, and Lafayette, 188-81, last Saturday at Crandall Pool.
The 200-yard medley relay team of Josh Sembrano, Joseph Daniels, Jason Rodriguezand Evin Rude won with a time of 1:32.35.
Sembrano and Rude placed 1-2 in the 100-yard backstroke with respective times of 49.60 seconds and 50.02 seconds.
Devin McCall touched the wall first in the 1000-yard freestyle with a mark of 9:55.19, besting the competition by over eight seconds.
Clay Harmon took home the top spot in the 200-yard freestyle after touching the wall in 1:46.42.
ABOUT THE COMPETITIONÂ
American University enters Saturday with a record of 1-1 on the season.
The Eagles defeated Howard, 105-91, back in October, and fell to Georgetown, 141-78.
Boston University is competing in its first meet of 2017 after going 3-3 in the Fall of 2016.
The Terriers finished in third place with 663.5 points at their own Terrier Invite, back on Nov. 19.
George Mason comes into the quad-meet with a record of 2-5 ths year.
The Patriots have dropped their first two dual-meets of the 2017 year, losing, 179-114 to George Washington, and 212-88 to La Salle on Jan. 14 and 16, respectively.
