Coaches Comments
"I thought that Abby Halbrook was very good today. She is a great competitor and we saw that in both of her races today. She thrives in competition. Cassie Mundekis had a nice run in the 1000m and showed some good instincts. We have a lot more to look forward to tomorrow."

Coaches Comments
- Mike Smith - Director of Track and Field/Cross Country "I think it is important that we put our people into competitive environments so that they learn how to manage the challenges of those environments. The competition tonight was pretty strong and we had some kids respond really well. Our two women in the weight throw did a nice job. Kamryn is showing some consistency and figuring some things out. Once she gets things figured out relative to her body positions I think we will see some big throws. Along those lines Briyah Brown is showing the kind of improvement that will score big at the championship meets that are coming in February."
