Ryan Starace

Starace originally joined the football staff in 2023 as a graduate part-time assistant, working with the defense.
He enters his second season in 2025 holding the role of offensive quality control coach.
Prior to arriving at West Point, he served as a quality control coach at Monmouth University in 2022 and as a graduate assistant at St. Lawrence University from 2020 to 2021.
Starace played offensive line at Susquehanna University from 2015 to 2018, serving as a team captain during his senior season. That year, he helped lead a rushing attack that ranked third in yards per carry in the Centennial Conference.
He graduated from Susquehanna in 2019 with a degree in business administration.
