Michael Sala joined the Army West Point sprint football staff in the spring of 2020. He currently serves as the Running Backs Coach.
Prior to joining the sprint football staff, Coach Sala spent 5 years coaching at Morris Knolls High School, located in Rockway, N.J., serving as the offensive & defensive line coach. During that time, Coach Sala helped guide the team to five consecutive state playoff appearances. Sala graduated from Rowan University in 2012, earning a bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education. A native of Rockaway, N.J., Sala currently resides in Cedar Grove, N.J., with his wife, Andrea.
