Kyle Highland joined Army Football in July of 2023 as the Assistant Director of Football Operations.

Highland brings in experience from the Iowa State University Athletics Department, where he served as the Recruiting Operations Assistant, Recruiting Operations Volunteer, and Program Assistant for Equipment and Football Operations over the course of 7 years.

Highland is from Owasso, Okla. and is a 2016 graduate from Simpson College where he played football.
