Kat Mirance joined Army West Point in September 2021 as Assistant Athletic Director – Business Office. In August 2023, she was promoted to Associate Athletic Director – Business.
In her current role, she over sees day to day business operations and financial reporting. She also serves as the Sport Administrator for Volleyball and Women’s Lacrosse.
Mirance comes to West Point after a five-and-a-half-year stint at Manhattan College, where she served as the Associate Athletic Director – Business Affairs/Senior Woman Administrator and sport administrator for women’s basketball, women’s lacrosse, women’s soccer, volleyball, men’s basketball, men’s soccer, swimming, and diving. During her time at Manhattan College, Mirance served as MAAC Women’s Lacrosse Committee Chair, MAAC Women’s Basketball Committee member and on the NCAA Women’s Lacrosse National Committee September 2019 – September 2021.
Prior to Manhattan College, Mirance had a 2 year stop at George Washington University as the Assistant Athletic Business Manager after a 5 ½ years at American University where she served in a multitude of roles primarily in Business Operations.
Mirance, a four-year letter-winner for women’s lacrosse is a graduate of American University where she earned a BSBA with a specialization in finance. She went on to earn her Master of Accountancy from George Washington University.
A native of New York, she currently resides in Cornwall, NY with her husband, Jimmy and their children Serafina and Santino “Sonny”.
