Joe Fareed joined Army West Point Athletics in February 2025 as an Assistant Director of Ticket Sales before transitioning to his current role with Legends.
During his time with the ticket office, he was responsible for a range of sales initiatives, including group sales, season ticket retention, and new season ticket and group sales business. Fareed remains dedicated to working closely with customers providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
Before joining Army West Point, Fareed gained nearly five years of experience in the music industry. He interned at Shangri-La Studios, where he worked alongside high-profile artists such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Travis Scott, and Kevin Abstract. Additionally, he worked at CREEM Magazine and various music management companies.
Fareed also has a strong business background, having worked with a middle-market consulting firm where his primary client was the largest generator company in Chicago. In this role, he led a small team focused on addressing B2C sales inefficiencies, designing a multi-method direct outreach campaign, and streamlining CRM processes to improve customer relationship management.
A 2024 graduate of American University, Fareed earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Entertainment, where he played hockey and was an active member of the Business Law Society.
Originally from Westchester, New York, Fareed currently resides there.
