Charissa Conley has worked in the Army Athletic Ticket Office since the summer of 2000.

A Hudson Valley resident from the age of 10, she graduated from James I. O’Neill High School and went on to earn her Associates Degree from SUNY Rockland in Suffern, NY.

In her current role as Director of Business and Ticket Operations, Charissa is primarily responsible for all aspects of financial management and purchasing, budgeting and revenue recognition, along with her part as hockey sports supervisor, as it relates to ticketing, and management of the Michie Stadium box office during home football games.

Charissa currently resides in Fort Montgomery, NY with her husband Michael and their 2 sons, Bastian and Jordan. Beat Navy!
