Jenna McLaughlin enters her fifth year as part of the Army West Point Athletics Association and her second as the Associate Athletic Director and Human Resources Officer. She aided in the transition of Army Athletics to becoming a 501c(3) organization beginning on March 1, 2017.

McLaughlin's main responsibilities includes developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating all aspects of payroll, benefits, and human resource activities for the AWPAA. Her job is to provide information and assistance on human resource related issues and coordinate in processing and out processing of all employees.

Prior to her switch to athletic administration, McLaughlin served as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach for the Black Knights, stepping down after the team won its second Patriot League title in three years and appeared in the NCAA Tournament.

McLaughlin graduated from Molloy college in 2009 with a bachelors in history and economics and received her master's in teaching from Sacred Heart University in 2012.

A native of Long Island, N.Y., McLaughlin now resides in Nyack, N.Y.
