Brittany Aikens joined the staff as an Assistant Coach, Recruiting Coordinator in July 2024. She previously spent two years as an assistant coach at Cal State Fullerton, where she contributed to the Titans' appearances in the Big West Tournament.
Before her tenure at Cal State Fullerton, Aikens was an assistant coach at Seattle University (2021-22) after serving as the team's director of operations during the 2020-21 season.
In 2019-20, Aikens was the Director of Player Development at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she gained valuable experience in recruiting, opponent scouting, and player development as a graduate assistant.
Aikens graduated from Fresno State in 2016, where she played basketball after transferring from Howard Junior College. At Fresno State, she was named the Most Improved Player and played a key role in the team's run to the Mountain West Conference championship game in her senior year. She also helped the team reach the NCAA Tournament (2013-14) and the WNIT (2015-16).
Aikens later earned a teaching certificate at Cal State San Bernardino and played semi-professional basketball with the SoCal Splash, where she became a conference and regional champion and competed in the national tournament.
Aikens earned a Masters of Arts in Higher Education Administration with Athletic Administration Specialization from the University of Nevada, Reno.
