Mike Witkowich enters his third year on the Army West Point Sprint Football staff as an offensive line coach. As a key part of the team's 2019 championship run, the "Dirt Pigs" look forward to even more success in 2021 after only playing one game in 2020, which was a win over Navy at Annapolis. Coach Witkowich saw former tackle Garrett Dunn achieve 1st team status for the CSFL in 2019, as well as coaching 4-year starting guard and Team Captain Jackson Brock to All-League status.
Witkowich brings over a decade worth of coaching experience with him, including coaching at John F. Kennedy High School, located in the Bronx, as well as stops at Yorktown and Hendrick Hudson High Schools, located in Westchester.
At Hendrick Hudson, Mike spent the last seven years coaching the offensive and defensive lines, as well as coordinating the special teams unit.
A Chancellor Award winner for Student Excellence, Mike received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Secondary Education in Social Studies from the State University of New York at Cortland from 2001-2006.
Born and raised in Yorktown Heights, Mike continues to reside there with his wife Alana and his son Nicky.
