Indoor 2019-20: Opened the year with a second place finish in the 400m and a third place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Nittany Lion Challenge...won the 400m dash at the Keydet Invitational...finished fourth in the 400m dash at the Army-Navy Star Meet...placed second in the 4x400 and fifth in the 400m dash at the Patriot League Championships.
Outdoor 2019: Opened the outdoor season with a fifth place finish in the 400m and a 14th place finish in the 200m at the Ben Brown Invitational...won the 4x400m and finished third in the 400m at the UC Irvine Spring Break Classic...won the 200m, finished second in the 4x400m and finished third in the 400m at the Penn Challenge...won the 4x400m and finished third in the 400m at the Army-Navy Star Meet...won the 4x400m and finished fifth in the 400m at the Larry Ellis Invitational... finished second in the 4x400m and ninth in the 400m at the Patriot League Championships.
