2017: Was Army’s starting first baseman or designated hitter in 52 of the Black Knights’ 56 games … Batted .253 on the year … Compiled 49 hits, 24 runs, seven doubles, two triples and four home runs (third on team) in 194 at bats … Led the team with 46 RBI … Reached base 72 times and earned 10 walks on the year … Was hit by just three pitches, while posting a .371 slugging and .294 on-base percentage … Converted on four sacrifice fly balls and one sacrifice hit … Went 3-for-4 on the base paths … Compiled 356 putouts, 21 assists and six errors for a .984 fielding percentage … Helped with a team-high 29 double plays … Got the starting nod at first base in all 20 Patriot League games … Batted .243 with 18 hits, 10 runs, three doubles, two home runs and 14 RBI … Posted a .365 slugging and .278 on-base percentage in conference action … Notched 13 multi-hit games on the year, including a 3-for-4 performance at Tulane on Feb. 19, where he brought home all seven of Army’s runs on the day … His seven RBI in that game were the most by a single player since March 10, 2012 and was one RBI shy of matching a program record which has only been achieved twice ... Finished with a season-high two doubles against the Green Wave as well … At Duke on Feb. 25, he drilled his first career grand slam in the seventh inning to hand Army the 7-5 lead at the time … Then on April 16, he launched his second grand slam of the season in the opening inning against Holy Cross to hand the Black Knights a 4-0 edge early … Drove in three runs against Harvard (March 26), Manhattan (April 5), Albany (April 18), and Navy (April 23) … Registered three hits opposite the Green Wave, the Crimson and the Jaspers … Notched two triples on the year in contests with Alabama State and Manhattan … Successfully swiped a bag against Lafayette, Bucknell and LIU Brooklyn … Named the Corvias Patriot League Player of the Week on Feb. 21 after batting .444 (4-for-9), while slugging .677 during Army’s trip down in Louisiana from Feb. 17-19.
2016: Appeared in 26 games as a sophomore, including 14 starts … Penciled in as the right fielder and designated hitter five times and four times at first base … Hit at a .250 clip (13-for-52) with three doubles and a triple with seven runs scored and five RBI … Recorded three multi-hit games … Went 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored versus Monmouth (2/21) … Posted a multi-hit game against UNC Greensboro (3/5) … Capped the series with the Spartans with a pinch hit RBI double in the seventh inning (3/6) … Documented a career-high 4-for-4 effort at the dish versus Siena (3/29) … It marked one of two four-hit games for Army this season … Recorded a double, triple, walk, run and two RBI opposite the Saints … Went 1-for-2 with an RBI against Hartford (5/7).
2015: Played in 27 games, including 24 starts as a sophomore … Made 11 starts in right field, seven at designated hitter and six at first base … Fourth on the team with a .250 batting average with 21 hits in 84 at bats … .310 slugging percentage ranked fifth on the squad … Two doubles and hit one home run … Drove in 13 runs and scored six times … Three multiple-hit games … Four multiple-RBI games … Six-game hitting streak … Went 2-for-4 with an RBI at Miami (3/17) … Singled, drove in a run and scored once opposite Harvard (3/19) … Went 2-for-3 and drove in one run against Harvard (3/20) … Singled and drove in three runs in the win over Hofstra (4/8) … Singled and doubled at Bucknell (4/11) … Hit a three-run home run and scored twice against Manhattan (4/14).
