Dr. John Healy Associate Athletics Director, Academics Dr. Healy came to West Point from the University of Maryland where he held a similar role. He previously served as an Athletic Academic Advisor at Eastern Kentucky University. He earned a Doctorate from EKU, and holds master's degrees from Georgetown University and EKU. |

Eric Wall Director, Athletic Academic Support Initially hired in September 2016, he arrived at West Point following two years as an Academic Coordinator for six Olympic sports at Northern Illinois University. He holds a Master of Education degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Jocelyn Zaneski Director, Football Academic Support Prior to arriving at West Point, Zaneski spent a year at The University of Texas at Arlington. She also worked for a year at Florida State University as an Academic Advisor/Learning Specialist Coordinator. Zaneski’s career in the field of Athletic Academic Support began as a Graduate Assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Student Services Administration with a specialization in Intercollegiate Sports Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Psychology from SUNY Cobleskill.  |

Amy McNally Athletic Academic Support Coordinator Prior to arriving at West Point, McNally spent four years at Saint Francis University in an athletic-academic advising role in the Office for Student-Athlete Development and Academic Services after a stint as a women's lacrosse assistant coach. She holds a Master of Education degree with a focus as a certified reading specialist in the State of Pennsylvania from Saint Francis University. McNally earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Niagara University where she was a member of the lacrosse team (2015-19) in the MAAC conference. |

Nicole Thomas Athletic Academic Support Coordinator Prior to arriving at West Point, Thomas spent two years serving as a Student-Athlete Academic Coach at Temple University. She also interned at Saint Joseph’s University within their Athlete Center for Enrichment. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Sport Business degree with a concentration in Athletic Administration from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management degree with a minor in Applied Youth Development from York College of Pennsylvania.  |
