Prior to West Point: Attended Fairfax High School where she was teammates with Sam McNaughton … second team all-state selection in 2020 … Patriot District Player of the Year her senior season … Earned first team all-region honors her sophomore through senior seasons … Washington Post All-Met Honorable Mention in 2020.
Personal: Melanie George was a member of the National Honor Society, Future Health Leaders of America, Science Honor Society and German Honor Society while in high school … Her intended major is life science.
