Men's Tennis Secures Win Over Quinnipiac

WEST POINT, NY - Army West Point men's tennis (6-4, 0-1 Patriot League) took down Quinnipiac (1-11, 0-0 MAAC) by a score of 5-2 from the Lichtenberg Tennis Center on Saturday morning.
The Black Knights earned their third consecutive victory with a comeback effort after dropping the doubles point.
Alan Ton on flight two and Davis McDonald at flight six quickly gave Army a 2-1 lead, each winning their singles matchup in straight sets. Jackson Armistead also took care of his matchup on court one with a two-set win, giving the Black Knights their third point of the match.
Marcus Sebastian secured a 7-5 win in his first set at flight four, and clinched the match for Army soon after with a 6-4 triumph in the second set. Vishnu Bodavula finished out his match on court three, with the senior prevailing in a third set tiebreak to bring the final score to 5-2 in favor of the Black Knights.
