Army never trailed, collecting a 1.085 game OPS and 16 hits, tied for most in a game by the team this year.
Kaden Youmans recorded his first career start, striking out a trio of Great Danes before handing the ball to Dom Trippi out of the bullpen.

After Quinlan's first inning home run, Paul Andrzejewski added a two-out RBI to score Zac Farrell and make it 4-0. All four opening-inning runs came with two outs.
UAlbany got two runs back in the second and another in the third but never inched closer than that. Andrzejewski doubled home Quinlan and Farrell in the third to put Army ahead 6-3, before Farrell scored on a double steal and Thomas Schreck recorded an RBI single in the fifth to put the home team up 8-3.
In the sixth, pinch-hitter John McKillop recorded an RBI to score William Parker and make it 9-3.
UAlbany scored a run on a two-out RBI in the seventh before Quinlan reached the five-RBI mark in the bottom of the inning, and came around to cross the plate himself to extend the lead to 12-4.
Parker and Lehman registered RBIs in the eighth to seal the run-rule win.
