Gymnastics Falls to Navy in Star Meet

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point gymnastics team fell to Navy, 314.600-311.900, in the annual Army-Navy Star Series meet presented by USAA.
Despite the loss, the Black Knights had at least one gymnast finish in the top three in every event and swept the podium in the pommel horse.
Maddox Pabellon led Army, earning the team's only first-place finish with a score of 13.950 on the pommel horse. Teammates Jake Prabhakaran (13.300) and Noah Duran (13.150) followed, securing second and third place, respectively.
Jojo Buselmeier was Army's top performer on floor exercise, placing second with a score of 13.600. He also finished third on still rings with a score of 13.250.
Jaden Blank recorded a top-three finish on vault, scoring 13.800 to place behind two Midshipmen.
Conor Heary secured a second-place finish on parallel bars with a score of 13.000, finishing between two Navy gymnasts.
Tyson Phelps rounded out Army's top performers with a third-place finish on high bar, scoring 13.300.
