Greene Leads Army in Sunday’s Triangular

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Sophomore Brenna Green turned in Army West Point's Rifle team's top marks in Sunday's triangular at Tronsrue Marksmanship Center. Navy swept the field with a 4729 aggregate as the Midshipmen nipped Alaska Fairbanks (4722) for first place, with Army posting a 4688.

The Black Knights hosted the Nanooks Saturday in a dual match with Alaska Fairbanks, earning a 4724-4676 victory.

In Sunday's tri-meet, Army's 4688 aggregate is its second-highest score of the season, just shy of its season best 4691 set against The Citadel.

Green was 8^th in the aggregate scoring with a 1176 behind a 586 smallbore mark that earned fifth place and a 590 in air rifle (12^th). Senior Chris Jenning turned in Army's second-highest score in smallbore (584) to place seventh, with Ashton Arlington just a point behind Green in air rifle (589).

Addison Antwiler fired a career high 588 in smallbore to claim runner-up honors in Saturday's match against the Nanooks, with Jennings the Black Knights' top scorer in air rifle (591) for fifth place.

The Black Knights will break for the holidays.
