Rabble Rousers Announces Class of '58 Endowment for Head Coach Position

WEST POINT, N.Y. - Army West Point Rabble Rousers has announced that the head coaching position is now titled as The Class of 1958 Head Rabble Rousers Coach.

Izzy da Rosa will now serve as The Class of 1958 Rabble Rousers Head Coach. Â
The Class of '58, through a class gift and individual donations, raised one million dollars to name and endow the Head Rabble Rousers Coach position. The funds raised will go towards enhancing all aspects of the Rabble Rousers cadet-athlete experience.Â
Da Rosa was named Head Coach of the Army West Point Rabble Rousers in September 2023, joining the program after seven seasons as an assistant cheer coach at the University of New Hampshire.
"We are incredibly grateful for the support and generosity of the Class of 1958," said Da Rosa. "Their gift is transformational for our program and speaks to the unmatched alumni support for the Army West Point Rabble Rousers. This endowment will ensure that the Rabble Rousers have consistent funding to provide an extraordinary Division 1 athletic experience for our cadet-athletes." Â

Last season, the Rabble Rousers placed fourth at the NCA/NDA Collegiate Nationals in the in the Game Day 1A Division for the first time in program history. The Rabble Rousers also placed ninth in the Advanced Small Coed 1A Division at Nationals.
