Ethan Ellis Named to Patriot League All-Academic Team

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Army West Point Baseball's Ethan Ellis was named to the Patriot League All-Academic Baseball team, the league announced Thursday.Â

CDT Ellis—an outfielder for the Black Knights—has excelled in the classroom in his core and rigorous curriculum of the Operations Research major. His academic cumulative average places him at the top 15% of the class of 2026.Â
Â
The Class of 2026 cadet is hitting .257 on the season. Ellis was named an Army West Point Athletics Association Scholar-Athlete of the Month in April.

Army won the Patriot League Regular Season title for the third straight year. The Black Knights are seeking their sixth straight Patriot League Tournament title, and trip to the NCAA Baseball Regionals. The club's playoff opener is set for Saturday against Bucknell at Doubleday Field, with a 1:05 p.m. first pitch.Â
