Baseball Announces 2025 Schedule

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point Baseball head coach Chris Tracz has announced the 2025 season schedule.

The Black Knights will travel to Navy for the Star Series presented by USAA, renew its rivalry series vs. Air Force in Colorado Springs and will seek a seventh consecutive Patriot League championship in 2025.

The slate features 47 regular season games and 21 contests at Doubleday Field.Â

Army will open the 2025 season with a three-game series February 14-16 against North Alabama at Toyota Field in Madison, Ala. The venue serves as the home of the Double-A Rocket City Trash Pandas.Â

Next, the Black Knights will travel to Wofford February 21-23 for a three-game set in Spartanburg, S.C.Â

One week later, the Black Knights will make the trip to Colorado Springs to face Air Force in a three-game series February 28-March 2. The weekend series marks the seventh consecutive season the academy rivals have played and the third multi-game series in the past five years. The teams will play at a non-neutral location for the first time since facing off at West Point in 2015, and will compete at USAFA for the first time since 1993.

Army plays its first contest in the New York area March 7 at Fordham. The Black Knights open their home slate one day later against Fordham, with a 2:00 p.m. first pitch March 8. The teams will then conclude the three-game series at Fordham March 9.Â

Tracz's team will open midweek action March 12 vs. UAlbany. Then, Patriot League play commences at Navy March 15-16. The Star Series presented by USAA will be renewed that weekend, with a doubleheader March 15 and Game 3 of the series March 16.Â

A midweek matchup follows the Star, with the Black Knights facing Maine March 19 at home. Army will travel to the Lehigh Valley next, with a doubleheader at Lafayette March 22 and at Lehigh March 23.

A home midweek contest vs. Fairfield March 26 will be followed by a home doubleheader vs. Navy March 29 and a home doubleheader vs. Bucknell March 30.Â

The Black Knights will continue Patriot League play with a four-game series at Holy Cross April 4-6, with two games set for April 5.

Army will host Marist April 9 before facing Lehigh for a three-game series April 12-13, with a doubleheader on the series' opening afternoon.Â

The squad's annual conference midweek matchup is slated for April 16 at home vs. Holy Cross, before a three-game, two-day series vs. Lafayette April 19-20 at Doubleday Field.

Army travels to UConn for a midweek game in Storrs, Conn. April 23, before concluding its 25-game Patriot League regular season schedule at Bucknell for a three-game series April 25-27.Â

The Black Knights will host Columbia and LIU next for midweek games April 29-30, before concluding the regular season May 3-4 vs. Rider at home, with May 3 featuring a doubleheader.Â

Army will seek to defend its title at the Patriot League Championships May 10-19. The tournament semifinal series will be held May 10-11, with the two best of three series hosted by the higher seeds. The highest remaining seed will host the Patriot League Championship Series May 17-19.Â
