33 Football Firsties Receive Branch Assignments

WEST POINT, N.Y. -- On Wednesday evening (11/29), United States Military Academy firsties, which included the Army football team celebrated Branch Night where the Class of 2024 opened their envelopes to receive their U.S. Army branch assignments. Upon graduation, these cadets will be commissioned as Army officers and enter into the Army branch in which they were assigned.

The football team saw a total of 33 senior players branch. Among the popular selections, 11 players received Infantry, and 10 received Field Artillery.
