Army Splits Second Day of May Madness

METAIRIE, La. ---Army West Point Men's Rugby split the day second day of the Collegiate Rugby 7s Championship, dropping the opening contest to Iona College but bounced back later in the day to defeat Mount St. Mary's to close out the day.
Army battled Iona but came up short falling 22-21 to the Gaels. The Black Knights were able to hold off Mount St. Mary's 17-14 to advance to the semifinals of the tournament.
