Army Dominates First Day of USA Rugby 7s Collegiate Championship

ATLANTA, Ga. --- Army West Point Women's Rugby finished the first day of the USA Rugby7s Collegiate Championships with a record of 3-0, winning its pool to advance to the quarterfinals of the tournament.
Army opened the day with a 19-14 victory over Life University. Later in the afternoon the Black Knights dominated Sacred Heart to win 19-0 over the Pioneers. In the final contest of the day, Army defeated Queens 22-5 to secure the top spot in Pool C.
